Our survey department can advise on a wide range of property matters.

 We can carry out RICS Homebuyer Reports or fuller Building Surveys on all types of residential property. For a small fraction of the purchase price, our report will highlight the defects in a property.

 When it comes to lease extensions or freehold enfranchisement, we are well experienced in advising both lessees and landlords of their rights under the Leasehold Reform Acts, from an initial report, negotiating with the opposite parties, and including representation at the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal if necessary. We work closely with a number of local solicitors to ensure the best possible outcome for any given situation.

 We welcome appointments under the Party Wall Act 1996 to ensure that the proposals fully comply with the legislation. Where work is proposed on or adjacent to the party wall, Notice is required to be served on adjacent owners. Whether you are proposing carrying out work, or your neighbours are planning to carry out work next door, we can advise fully of the procedures.

 We can carry out valuations of properties for a wide range of purposes, including probate valuations for estates. W can also advise both landlords and tenants on a wide range of commercial lease matters, including Schedules of Condition before entering into a lease, Schedules of Dilapidations at the end of a lease, or Licence for Alterations, Rental Valuations, etc. during the lease.
